With over 30 years of experience as a corporate advisor, Kotaro Ike has provided strategic guidance on large-scale mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital policy planning.
Through these engagements, he came to deeply recognize the importance of mental health initiatives in fostering healthy workplace environments and sustainable corporate governance.
Driven by a strong conviction that companies must take an active role in acknowledging and supporting trauma recovery among employees, he joined the Institute to help build a platform for sharing insights and collecting data on effective corporate responses to trauma.
