Previously engaged in cultural and artistic activities, Mamiko Kobayakawa developed a deep interest in social contribution, which led her to shift her career focus toward the potential of corporate management as a means of creating impact.
While seeking ways to provide direct and tangible economic support to individuals, she encountered Kita and became deeply interested in trauma recovery research.
Finding a strong alignment between her personal values and the mission of the Institute, she joined as a founding member.
At Innoh Associates Inc., where she serves as a board director, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate management.
