Carter Thompson is a college student at Brigham Young University majoring in Microbiology. He has a strong interest in psychology and is working towards his dream of becoming a psychiatrist in the future. He is also the co-founder of a non-profit organization called "NextGen Ishikawa" and is actively involved in local and international youth advocacy. The organization aims to provide learning and growth opportunities for high school students from the areas affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and implements educational exchange programs between the United States and Japan.
